Rachael Roberts Webinar: How to define (refine) your profitable niche, 9th November 10am-12pm

Some teachers pride themselves on the wide variety of clients they serve. They get plenty of referrals, and they never want to turn anyone away. They love always having a new challenge, and the feeling of never getting bored.

If that’s you, and you’re truly happy with how your business is working, you don’t need this session.

But perhaps you’re also aware that serving anyone and everyone has quite a few disadvantages. For example,

– you spend an awful lot of time creating new materials for different clients

– you all too often take on clients you don’t really click with, or who aren’t really willing to pay your ideal rates, because you have a gap you don’t otherwise know how to fill.

In my experience, positioning yourself as a specialist, and working with a specific niche makes life so much easier, and really can be the key to working less and earning more.

But it’s absolutely not just a question of ‘picking a niche’. (‘I know! I’ll work with hospitality professionals because I like eating out- yes, someone really did say that to me once)

In this two hour workshop I’m going to take you through a process, and ask you to consider a series of questions to help you define (or refine) your profitable niche, and find that sweet spot between your skills/passion/experience and the needs and desires of those who are willing and able to pay for what you provide.

Bring a willingness to explore, and prepare for lightbulb moments.

I want to really challenge the low expectations, and culture of ‘having to’ accept poor conditions and teach you the steps you can take to build sustainable, fulfilling business.
