Coursebooks offer a wide range of communicative activities. Still, classroom interaction often differs from the spontaneous conversations learners encounter in real life. How can we bridge this gap for our learners?
Join us for an interactive, in-person workshop:
Beyond the course book: Engaging speaking activities (not just for!) the Business English classroom with ELTABB’s own Robert Kirstein!
In this workshop, we will:
- Explore practical ways to foster spontaneous, meaningful, and relevant communication in the classroom.
- Examine communicative activities in popular Business English coursebooks.
- Try out techniques for extending textbook exercises to create rich opportunities for authentic, engaging, and natural conversation.
